Additionally, a link to the report is sent to the email address that you entered during the purchase. It is vital that you enter the correct email address during the purchase, otherwise you won't receive the link (but you will still be presented the report on screen).
If you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder for an email from Car Check Mate, titled "Your Car Check Mate report details for {Number Plate}".
If you haven't received your report after 5 minutes then please get in touch with us, and we'll investigate.
We do not send paper copies of the report to you through the post. Car Check Mate, like all of the other vehicle companies is a digital service. If you require a printed version then you should find that the report page prints very well.
